Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge, Administrative Management
Staff Sergeant Caleb Martin is the Administration Management Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge (NCOIC) for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 835, University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas. Sergeant Martin is responsible for managing the personnel records for cadre, Air Force Institute of Technology students, Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program students and cadets, as well as monitoring all cadet pay actions and subsistence, tuition and fees, and textbook funds in excess of $260K annually. Additionally, he oversees the cadet-life cycle personnel actions including medical, physicals, enlistments, categorization and commissioning. He is also responsible for the direction and supervision of all in-processing, contracting, and commissioning efforts of all cadets. Sergeant Martin grew up in Jonesboro Arkansas. He enlisted in the Air Force and graduated Basic Military Training at Lackland AFB, Texas in 2017. Upon graduating technical school, he arrived in the Administrative career field at Robins Air Force, Georgia from 2017-2022 working as an Administrative assistant. Sergeant Martin deployed to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar and Ali Al Salem, Kuwait.
